Looking for way to move apps

I am looking for a way to m app freel around the screen.The apps on the screen have to be placed like you read a book. In order from the top left then right then down. I am looking for a way to move them to anywhere on the screen I want them to be. I want to be able to put the icons just around the outside of the screen so i can still see the pic behind them. Any idea how I can move the apps to anywhere on the screen without having to keep them from top left to the right then down?

Does the program really work well? Is it worth the purchase? I see it actually costs instad of free like the other apps on cydia.
