'stealth' phone call recorder

Maybe someone could help me. I'm trying to find an program for my iphone that will record the phone calls and allow me to download them later. I don't want any kind of button or icon noting that the call is being recorded.

Basically my daughter borrows my phone at all times of the night and while I'd like to trust her, she has more than proven to me that I can't. I would really like to know what is going on behind the scenes.

Does such a program exist?
If not could someone make such a program?

ah. No it doesn't exist, sorry. I think its illegal to record a conversation without notifying the person (breach of privacy), so I'm not sure of the viability of the development of such an app. I suggest you call your network and setup some call barring, or just put the phone's passcode lock on and deny her access entirely.
