A mod/app to prevent moving icons on the springboard

Well I am searching for a mod that prevent moving springboard icons when long press the icon, is there is any?

Plus, I have a good knowledge of iPhone SDK but just now I thought how I can make mods for release it in Cydia? any perfect guide?

u can get iprotect or lockdown in cydia and do that

but both are for password protection, Im looking just for a simple solution to prevent moving the icons while still hold on some icon

yes u can put no pass on all apps and then put lock app movement
