couple of app names required

hi guys after a little help im looking for an app that allows me to put apps on the bottom line of the iphone ie were the phone ,browser,etc are so i can scroll through apps there thanks also is there something that i can use to make my ows sms tones instead of the standard ones thanks guys

You're looking for infinidock for the scrolling apps on the bottom. As for SMS tones...I'm gonna see if anyone else has ideas. I never change mine.
