Better Fast scroll on safari, and possible a Ctrl+Find option?

Not that the defualt scroll isnt good enough but to be able to scroll thougha website r .txt files on it that has a long list of things just sucks. so would it be possible to be able to click"Press" and drag to were you need it if this makes any sense.
and to habe a "ctrl+F" Find option in the safari would be nice too when tryin find certain words in notes/.txt/websites would be nice too

Search for "QuickScroll" on Cydia for better scrolling. See ability to 'find' in a page of safari text... for CTRL+F functionality. I recommend the code from the last comment of the TiPb page.

Or use a web browser that supports finding text in a page.
