Is there an app giving you another free placeable (at the top) dock like the one at the bottom of the phone?

I really need another set of at least 5 static icons that won't scroll (for use with springjump).

Nope. But try infinidock. It's not what u wanteed but it gives u unlimited amount of apps on dock

From what I can tell, if you just used five-column springboard and made your own icons all you would have to do is then put the "static" icons at the top of ever page and have those be your springjumps to whatever page you want.

Idk if that makes sense lol. anyways let me know if that answers your question!

Oh dude what he dd was duplicate the springjumps. U do know that u can have many springjumps that take you to one page. Download the theme and ull see. There are not static. Just different springjumps

It's not a app, could be a widget. he just coded it that way. You can move the clock where ever you want if you know how to code. It looks like he just made that background and had in mind where he would put the icons. The clock has a cal icon next to it so he made a empty space in his background next to the clock for that icon.

Well actually I've got a possibily of 8 Pages using Springjumps.
Not the possibility to create 2 Jumps to the same page.
There must be a way he did.
I already asked him on devArt .. hope he replies.

ur gonna actually have to place the duplicate ones in /Applicatipns
