Is there an App Launcher for Cydget?

I've used quick launcher for smartscreen and was wondering if ther was one for cydget ?
I like smartscreen but whenever the weather widget is added it randomly locks up and restart in safe mode on the 2 ipod touches I have tried it on.

PARDON, I wanted to add apps to my lockscreen like the quick launch widget does for smartscreen but using cydget.

Oh idont think u can
