Use iphone as a hard drive via USB

I would like to use my iphone as a hard drive or use it to store other files on it.

I heard about the app Discover, but from my understanding, it only works through wifi. There are times when I don't have a wifi connection. I would like to connect my iphone to ANY computer and just pull files from it like an external hard drive. I also want the ability to do this WITHOUT installing anything on the computer that I am using.

The reason for this is because I don't want to carry a USB stick and my iPhone. I know USB stick are small but I don't always carry it with me but I always have my iphone.

I have the 3gs and it is jailbroken.

There is an app called USB Drive, you can partition the iphone hard drive, so part of it will be used as a hard drive. It works.
