Default a COMPLETE and TOTAL backup of the iphone
    Hi there !!

after a 3rd crasch of my iphone and having problems with redsn0w, i am a little ticked off.

The freezup of my phone always happens after a cydia update (essential) and after restoring it and than unlocking it with redsn0w, i have lost all of my data (videos, songs, pictures and so on.)

Also the repo's and all my other stuff is gone....

I cannot believe that there is no app or way to COMPLETELY backup my iphone.

    Hope someone can help.

    greetings

Anyway. You're right. There is no way to currently back up your entire phone. I'm completely surprised that this project hasn't been taken up by anyone recently. I'm still on 3.0 because I'm afraid of the migration to 3.1.2 and I might forget things.

Between an iTunes back-up for valid info and the 2 or 3 Cydia back-up options you're covered. There will never be one app that does both. Not gonna happen.

    Why not?
How hard can it be to develop something like that?
I've seen apps that make my head spin, so nice and far ahead in technology.

A "simple" backup from all the folders must not be such a big problem.

Rock app creates a back up just download it create rock ID set save to ID and when you up date just open rock and click restore and bang you can upgrade from touch to iphone and get every thing cuz when you log in it creates a list and when your missing just click restore from back up and DONE
