I am looking for a way to compress my iPhone 3GS's video files to MP4 or 3GP before sending them via email.

Before I had my 3GS I had a 3G which I could use iPhone Video Recorder to produce a 46 Second Video @ 2.7mb.

On my 3GS a 42 Second Video is 18.3mb! Emailing it only compresses it to 5.4mb! OVER DOUBLE that of an MP4.

Is there an app out there that can compress our videos to MP4 or 3GP equivilant? Ive tried installing iPhone Video Recorder and moving files using iFile but the app just crashes when you try to convert the file. (Im assuming this is because the MOV file produced on a 3GS is considerably bigger than a 3G and the app couldnt handle it.)
