SMS Cutoff (incoming/outgoing)

So AT&T is the devil.
Atleast in the SMS/MMS area.
Lets say that my AT&T contract includes 200 SMS/MMS messages.
if i were to send only 1 text/picture for a regular monthly bill cycle, and have all of my friends text me 600 times - i get charged for 601 texts.
so bascially, i get charged for incoming and outgoing messages.

Here is my thought, Might There be an app/tweak for the jailbroken iphone 3gs on 3.1.2 F/W That cuts off the SMS/MMS Service as soon as you hit your limit?

Meaning as soon as you hit that 200 SMS mark - all texts/pics/videos are rejected and therefore not counted on your bill?

I dont know if this is even possible or not, but it would definitly be very helpful to us iphone users who recieve alot of incoming SMS/MMS and are not on an unlimited SMS/MMS plan.

No because its on the carrier's side.

And all carriers charge for incoming AND outgoing.

it'd love an app like this, even if it was only a manual toggle it'd save some loot for sure.
