Cydia's lockdown app allows you to choose which apps you would like to lock

iProtect is by far the best I've used. Every time a friend or my nephew uses it, i enable without a need to respring and BAM! access denied baby!

Springboard settings--->more--->hide apps---(choose which app u want to hide). Also use lockdown too

hiding apps != locking them and makes it more difficult for me to get to them too.
and ive heard scary things about lockdown

If it's the basic apps u want to lock them out from, use restrictions( in settings>general)

Lockdown works great. I alwasys disable the password lock on an app before deleting the app. That could possibly cause a problem. I think Lockdown would be the best bet; it's free.
