There is a program called Orb. from MyCast your digital media with Orb 2.0 remote pc access software that allows you to watch tv on a pc or laptop with the app installed on your phone and computer. I use it. If you have good upload speed from your computer and download speed where you wish to watch it is great. you can also access your home library from your phone. Read the webpage and see if that answers your questions.
