Hi!

I would like to know, if there's a way to manipulate settings such as the "AutoCharge when plugged into USB"

The reason is, when I sync my iPhone with iTunes I don't want it to charge for like 2 minutes or so... (Memory Effect of the Battery)

Maybe there's an app out there for Cydia... or is this function so deeply integrated on the iPhone that it can not be manipulated with any software?

There is no memory effect on Lithium batteries.....

I doubt it's software based. The computer(or whatever you're charging it with) probably does most of that.
