is there any existing iphone app that could launch an installed app at iphone startup ?

If not, how could it be done ?

I know that many apps run background processes that start when the iPhone starts, so it is definitely possible, I just don't know how( mxtube is one) if someone looked at their programming, they could probably figure it out
