need mobile terminal...i think

hi i recently updated my cydia version and since then it has stopped working completely it trie sto open...and then doesnt i think i have found a solution doing a google search but to do this i need mobile terminal which i didnt install when cydia is working, but my ssh is if i could get a version of mobileterminal thats fw 3.0 comaptible it would really help and also could you tell me what permissions to set it as?
