App for NEXTEL

Hello I was wondering if someone developed an app for the iphone to use the PTT of NEXTEL. In Mexico NEXTEL is offering a virtual PTT, basically you contract a plan with this option and you install a program in the PC (Internet connection & speakers required) and you are able to communicate via software PTT with all NEXTEL users. They develop this option for users that are in areas with no NEXTEL coverage.
