Manual .ipa installation
I am on a iPhone 3GS which is Jailbroken via redsn0w 0.8. I am able to "see" the phone on my OSX 10.5.8 MAC via Netatalk. I am trying to manually install apps (.ipa files). I noticed you can't just drag them into the phones applications folder any more. How do I get my .ipa to generate all those files I see in the sub-folders of the phone's applications folder?
Thanks to one and all for any edification here.

take the .app folder out of the .ipa folder and put that in applciations. but you lose the delete option like standard appstore apps.
or, drag the .ipa into your itunes. should sync right over, as long as everythings official of course1.1.1>1.1.2>1.1.4>2.0>2.1>2.2>3.1>3.1.2 blackra1n'd
