stream audio over bluetooth?
hi guys,
Just got a new cd player for my car and it syncs with my iPhone over blue tooth. I know that streaming audio is not supported by the Apple software... was just wondering if there is a Cydia/Rock program that will allow me to stream stereo audio over blue tooth.
I don't care if i have to pay for the program.
thanx

Car "Bluetooth" can be confusing. Some cars only support handsfre (make calls through your car stereo), but there are some cars and audio systems that support stereo Bluetooth streaming.
Here's how you figure out if yours works: pair and connect your car Bluetooth like normal. Then, open iPod and start playing a song. If there is a Bluetooth logo in the bottom right corner of the iPod (adjacent to the volume slider), tap it and choose your car stereo and your music should start playing. If there is no Bluetooth button there, your car only supports handsfree.
What model CD player do you have in your car? I might be able to tell you if it is compatible if you give it to me.
