Straight from the dev's site (iPhone Applications and Tips - iFile)

# Users who won't register will still see the pop-up once a day, but iFile will continue to work for them as today.
# If too few users register their iFile copy, I might release new features only to registered users and to all others one release later.
# Existing "free" features will always stay "free" without registration also in future.


Download the new iFile from cydia and it will work just like previous versions. Same ol' nag screen once a day and the all the features will still be there from the old version.

There are two ways one is purchasing iFile from the Cydia Store or downloading MobileFinder from the iClarified repo (which is free!!)

Uhh.. MobileFinder doesn't exist anymore ( your link is from March'08 )
Try iFile on Cydia, It has a short nag screen if you don't want to pay, but is well worth the money.

But if you dont want to pay $2.00 for iFile there is a free way to get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK Firstly,
Go to cydia
Open Manage
Then Sources
Then add the source
Then search iFile.
Then click on the iFile with no blue text and some description in another language.
Install it!
Finish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
