iPod Touch 2G - Keep Speaker Alive while Mic is plugged in

Skype has a feature that allows you to turn on the internal speaker while a microphone is plugged in. However, I have been unable to find an application within Cydia that will allow you to keep the internal speaker on all the time regardless of when a microphone is plugged in.

I heard you could do it with skype if you have firmware 2.2, but I'm on 3. Does anyone know if its possible.
