Create E-mail folders without IMAP

As you all know and I am sorry if this is a re-post - (I did not find a similar post)

We need an app that allows you to create e-mail folders on the Iphone directly without using an IMAP mail client.

Apple seriously missed the boat on this one... a simple "create e-mail directory" Cydia app to run and use on the phone itself would be great!
Alot of us use only a POP server... I have no desire to go and create a new E-mail account and address just so I can have a Folder on my phone.

Kills me.

Anyone? Bueller?
