REQUEST: Wi-Fi Sync

I'm looking for an app that can sync with itunes over wifi..
what i mean is that... you don't have to plug in your iPhone to sync new music to it
you can just do it via wifi
I used to have a Zune and the Zune could do that so why can't the iPhone do it?
The "Remote" app by Apple is a good start since it can communicate with iTunes on your computer
