i was looking for an app like this also, and i was going to make it if i couldnt find it, but i dont see how since there is no external support to see the PSN network other than the PS3. but i bet it could be done somehow.

There is a Remote Play app in the works for the Mac and PC but is still an early build but has been hindered due to the 2.8 firmware.

The developer has said that an iPhone/Android port could be possible.
