SBSettings Toggle - VoiceOver

How hard would it be to create an SBSettings toggle for VoiceOver on the 3GS?

I would love to be able to turn on VoiceOver while I'm checking an email and driving at the same time, then I don't have to attempt to read and drive! We all know that doesn't work too well, so this would be great.
