where do these files go? i downloaded an iswitcher theme set, i uploaded the files to var/root/media/themes but what about the other files for youtube and such?

....um you need to install iSwitcher to use an iSwitcher theme.

To clarify, themes go into:
/var/root/Media/Themes
PS Proper case is extremely important in the iPhone file system.

I installed Greg's ThemePak #2 using AppTapp (I added source), and I'm not able to uninstall it - it only gives me an option to reinstall. Uninstalling iSwitcher 1.3 doesn't help, it leave ThemePak behind. Is this a bug? Or are we supposed to manually uninstall via SFTP?

Yes, sorry - I just updated the plist for the themepaks to allow uninstall. Unfortunately Installer app doesn't read the updates plist if you already have it installed. You need to manually remove the themes.
