I installed ibrikr and tried to change to the lock sounds, now i cant change back to the original sound. the only way it wont freeze is if i turn the lock sound off

are you on a mac or pc? what version of itunes are you using?

If you have the firmware image for the version that you're using (the full image), you can mount that and copy the lock sound for use on your phone.

...unless you are having issues actually copying the sound file to the phone, which is a different issue.
