I presume you just want an animated background? Where was one, no idea what it was called but it would loop a video clip behind your icons. I know it worked through winterboard but just can't remember it's name

I'm unable to check if vWallpaper is updated on Cydia, but you may have to go directly to skrew's website for a 3.0 compatible version that was just released yesterday to the public. Let me know if it works because I'm interested as well!
