Does VOIPover3G work on 3.0, if it does, does it trick the AppStore?

Yep, VOIPover3G works on 3.0 for the AppStore and other applications.

Tried it, Skype worked perfectly but the AppStore still gives me the over 10mb error. I checked the .plist file for VOIPover3G, and it did have com.apple.SpringBoard, so I do not know why it does not work. Any hacks/mods/tweaks/fixes for this?

I don't know why there is a SpringBoard entry. That's weird. Do you have com.apple.MobileStore? App store works for me.

Ya, the SB entry was wierd, and I have AppStore and MobileStore entries. Got any suggestions?

Crazy. I don't know what else to try. Maybe get hold of crash-x and ask about it. The comments are showing a lot of issues. Maybe it's a mobilesubstrate issue? There seem to be many cases of JB apps working for some, and not the other.

I was having the same problem, I switched to Tricker3G and havent had it come up again.

It never worked on appstore or itunes app. I dont know why. It works fine for skype though on 3.0 with 3GS for me.

voipover3g does work with firmware 3.0 iphone, will not work first, you may have to go in cydia and install the new version of mobile substrate

voipover3G has to be updated, it does not work on the 3GS 3.0
