NES 3.4.0 Not Working on 2G 3.0

I purchased the NES app off Cyida last night. When I try to start it, the app just crashes. I'm guess this is a "permissions" issue? Problem is, I've been unable to SSH into the phone to fix the permissions. Anybody else have this problem and a solution to it?
