Email Sync Schedule

Guys,
I cant see this on the phone and was wondering if there was a 3rd party add to do it.
I have two email accounts setup. One is POP and it my personal email and one is Exchange which is my work account. Great having both on the same device. Anyway i know i can sync at 15 , 30 minutes etc but what i would like to do like what Windows mobile does is set a schedule.
So from 8am to 6pm then sync every 15 and anything else sync every hour
Anyone know of an app to do this?
