Problems with ToneFXs Creator & iPhone 3.0

Hi there,
I have a 16GB 3G iPhone, on which I'd been using ToneFXs for some time without problem. It's one of my favorite apps, so I'm quite perturbed:
Since I installed iPhone 3.0 (and of course re-jailbroke), when I got to use the ToneFXs Creator app on my late '08 MacBook Pro (to create & send a new tone to the phone), I have problem. I can select & edit the sound file fine, but when I go to send it to the iPhone, I get an error message about iPhUC crashing, and the sound file is not sent to the phone.
Anyone else having this problem / know a solution?

same here it crashed on install, rebooted tried to run it and froze. Plus I bought this and can't use it so....

when i try to use tonefx it says no itunes found on computer...wich i assure you i have...then it says no iphone docked when my iphone is docked any ideas guys or know how to fix it any help will be much appreciated

Same here how do we get ToneFxs to read iTunes on Windows 7?
