What I'm requesting is a graphical user interface for any FTP client so it's possible to upload a file from anywhere on the iPhone to an ftp server without having to go through terminal.

I'm thinking something of a mix between Finder and the console Midnight Commander.

Fx it could simply be a mod for Finder where you add an Upload button when viewing the local iPhone filesystem and a Download button when viewing the FTP server filesystem.

This can be done, I can't, but why has noone else done it yet?
