    Default Backup Cydia apps/ SSH

    What is the most effective way of doing a complete backup of everything including Cydia apps and all the documents/files I've put into the phone through ssh. And also the way of restoring it back.
    I've read different guides that people have posted here, and I was wondering which one worked best?

    (3G 2.2.1)
