Modmyi for iPhone

I've been wondering if we could make a the Modmyi forums to be an app downloadable from Cydia . So that we can sorta stay updated with our account. ( a sorta Facebook but Modmyi version! )

Why would Apple let a site about modding and jailbreaking the iPhone into the AppStore when they are trying to make jailbreaking the iPhone illegal?
