[REQ] Wallpaper Changer?

On my old Nextel Phone I had a wallpaper changer that had options such as change every 1, 5, 10, 15 minutes, or power on and off..

It would change your wallpaper your folders..

Maybe someone can make it where it only comes from a certain folder? Maybe not wallpapers.. but one uploaded from your computer through iTunes?

Let me know if this is possible =]

Another cool option would be animated (motion) backgrounds (wallpapers)

Just kidding.. but I do believe it would be a nifty little application..

maybe something that can be incorporated with DockSwap, Now Customization...?
