Silent mode timer????

Forgive me if I have overlooked this but is there such a program/app that I can switch my phone from silent to audible via some sort of timer. i.e. So it will automatically go into silent mode during work hours (i.e. 8:00 - 17:00) and automatically change to loud mode from 17:00 - 23:00 and then go into silent mode whilst in bed. I know you can just press the mute switch but it would be much better to be organised around your day to day activities.
