more tweaks than anything:

one touch clear all push notifications on entire phone ( or selected apps via a settings page )

clear calendar alert without unlocking phone and having to go back to the calendar

webpage will still load completely in background if you back out of safari to answer a call - check an email etc

auto clear sms, voicmail, and recent calls after x amount of days

some might be already done, not sure but haven't seen them

I turn mine on and off whenever I am using it/not using it. The safari request you ask for will consume power as well seeing as how it will be running in the background

true - i was thinking more along the lines of just load the webpage completely then go idle (close down) or whatever

now what about making an app that will trim mp3 songs on my phone so that they become a ringtone (to a separate file)

safari will continue to load the page if you answer a call but not if you press home
