its a good idea but how would this be useful? i can understand a network log. does little snitch keep a network log also cuz i have it but never explored that feature.

The iphone is a computer, it's on a network, it has more sensitive information on it in your contacts list alone than your entire computer at home. You don't want to be alerted when something pings it?

The dev of Little Snitch emailed me, and it's looking good:

We are evaluating the possibility of creating Little Snitch for the iPhone. It isn't a technical problem at all...
