bypass wifi?
Can someone maybe develop a toggle or maybe an application that would allow your iphone to make it think it's on wi-fi while you're actually on 3G or Edge

i downloaded that and installed it before I posted. How exactly are you using it?
If you notice at the bottom of the "More Info", you can see that he states that it does not work with iTunes.
Developer Note: Sorry for the trouble, I assumed this would work with iTunes store and AppStore without testing, but it doesnt. If it doesnt work with Fring and so on, please check whether you have IntelliScreen installed. If so disable the Performance Boost in the Intelliscreen settings. If I ignored your email: Sorry, but I cant handle that many mails

interesting. I only use it with Fring and even when I have no wifi indicator my VoiP works great (well, as great as voip works anyway)
