2 suggestions

1. An iR remote. Everyone knows that iPods can play iR codes as audio files, and Radio Shack sells auxiliary-to-iR adapters, so all we need is a menu with configurable buttons to play the iR code files.
2. A theft-hindrance program. Any time the iPhone or iPod connects to an unrecognized WiFi network (since the system keeps track of them), it would ask for a password. If the password was incorrect, the iPhone or iPod would start up Maps, use the Locate function, and send an e-mail to the real owner's e-mail address containing coordinates and other information.
