auto send tones when receiving a call from number?

in my neighborhood there is a gate. i have to go to the box, call my cellphone and when the call comes through, i have to press 9. i am looking for a way to automatically send the 9 when the phone rings from that number. is this possible? i know it isnt possible to have a gate opener app made is there??
