    Its not packaged as an IPA...it can be installed from Cydia.

    ^Lol. I was wondering the reason. Its free. And you still have to jailbreak in order to use it as an IPA

    So really, there's no use.

    My Iphone is in for repair and I need to get it into Itunes. So I will have it ready and wont have to buy it when It gets back.

    Besides that....we answered your question....NO, there is no IPA file for the app, so you cant install it to itunes. And if your phone is already jailbroken GREAT, it way quicker to install from Cydia that sync to itunes anyways.
