Sync Bypass

Is there a tweak that will let me use my iPhone while it's syncing?

By using I mean browse, listen to music, use cydia, etc...

the weirdest thing is when i first upgraded to 2.2.1 i was using my iphone and i hit sync and it didnt go to the slide to cancel screen it just kept working i would watch my springboard as app icons started poping up

it was krazy.... maybe there was that hidden feature built into 2.2.1
