For a reason I cannot understand, Apple iTunes store refuses to provide Google Earth to users in Israel.

Does anybody have a jailbroken Earth that can be installed via Cydia?

NO, if it was on cydia it would be warez. We don't host warez on cydia..

I tried Google, but all they do is refer me to the iTunes store, which refuses to install it on my iPhone: "not available in your country".

My iPhone GPS works great, and I use it extensively, primarily with the MotionX-GPS app. The native iPhone GPS navigation also works great.

The "announced" accuracy on screen is 17 meters (50 feet) but I typically get to 2-3 meters of the desired coordinate. Likewise, when I capture a waypoint and post it on Google Earth, it is so accurate that it displays it at the exact tree or other landmark where I saved it.
