Theme shuffler?

I don't know if this has been posted before or not, but I was wondering if it would be possible to make an app that works in conjunction with winterboard to change themes automattically, whether at random, or at specific times like everytime you respring in general, or everytime you boot up. I thought that would be cool. Now I know there could be problems with this idea, like if you're in the middle of doing something and there's a scheduled theme change, but maybe a pop up could ask whether or not u would like to shuffle theme at that time. I dunno, just thought it would be cool ecause I'm constantly changing around my themes, like a dozen times a day?
What do y'all think? Is it even feasable?
