I can only find the BossPrefs toggle in Cydia, but who uses BossPrefs anymore?

I agree this could be useful, but it probably closes safari when you use it just like the BossPrefs one does. I don't know if that would be useful...

Well, you could have the toggle, or you could just go into Cydia and uninstall it when you don't want to use it, then reinstall it afterwards! =]
