    Default Soundboard that plays INTO conversation

    Surprised this doesn't exist ... but a soundboard app that directly puts the sound clips into the phone conversation.

    I know there's an app that changes the caller's voice, so I think it must be possible to control what gets ported to the phone's outbound audio stream ...
