I'd really like some sort of theme maker app that I could download and use my wallpapers/ pictures/ make pictures into icons, change sliders, change slider texts.. All on my own without having to download pieces I'm wanting from other packages in cydia. Just an idea maybe someone can help me out?

um i heard of an app a while back that can be downloaded from the installer called theme builder im not sure what the source is though google
