Quick text reply to incoming call for Iphone

My friend has a Verizon phone and when he sees an incoming call, he clicks a few buttons and can text the incominging caller with several pre-existing short messages such as "in a meeting". This seems like a simple for great idea. Does it exist already for the Iphone? Thanks

Go to Phone, "Recents", tap the blue arrow, tap "Text message".

Is 4 taps too many?
